Forerunner Services, Inc.

Forerunner begins the Employment Planning by conducting vocational profiles and individual needs assessments to assist in developing a vocational goal.  We then explore the job market by visiting employers, shadowing trained staff, and sampling jobs by performing the tasks on the job sites.  We compile and and analyze the information obtained through the evaluations and assessments.  A comprehensive report with recommendations is them submitted to North Carolina Employment and Independence for People with Diabilities program.
